On March 11, 2011, Ms Petra Neureither, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007203705, WKN: 720370, have exceeded the 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 28, 2010 and on that day amounted to 33.66% (this corresponds to 381285 Voting Rights).According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.32% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3665 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Ms Neureither. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 26.55% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300795 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Ms Neureither from Uhuru GmbH und PEN GmbH.
On March 11, 2011, Uhuru GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007203705, WKN: 720370, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 28, 2010 and on that day amounted to 26.55% (this corresponds to 300795 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 26.55% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300795 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from PEN GmbH.
