Mr Günter Weispfenning, Germany, has informed us on January 28th, 2010, according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007203705, WKN: 720370, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on January 25, 2010 and on that day amounted to 5.09% (this corresponds to 57634 Voting Rights)
