On January 28, 2010 , Mr Günter Weispfenning, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that his Voting Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007203705, WKN: 720370, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on January 28, 2010 and on that day amounted to 5,09% (this corresponds to 57634 Voting Rights).
